Job Summary

As a Design and Implementation Engineer, you will build data pipelines and data models for process mining projects, encompassing data collection, transformation, and loading. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining an ETL layer for process mining with best practices, and developing/maintaining process data models to support process analysis and visualization. You will analyze and process data using process mining tools such as Celonis, Signavio, and Power Automate Process Mining. Collaboration with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and the development and implementation of solutions based on process mining insights are key. You will also document and maintain process mining documentation and assist in dashboard development using tools like Celonis and Signavio. Contributing to business development initiatives and demonstrating the ability to solve complex business problems is also expected.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design and implement data pipelines and data models for process mining projects, including data collection, transformation, and loading.
• Create and maintain an ETL layer for process mining with best practices.
• Develop and maintain process data models to support process analysis and visualization.
• Analyze and process data using process mining tools such as Celonis, Signavio, and Power Automate Process Mining.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement process improvement solutions based on process mining insights.
• Document and maintain process mining documentation.
• Aid and assist in dashboard development of process mining using tools like Celonis, Signavio etc.
• Contribute to business development initiatives and display ability to solve complex business problems.

Professional & Technical Skills

• MBA from Tier 1 B-school.
• 2+ years of experience with an understanding of process mining.
• Hands-on experience identifying value opportunities using any Process Mining tool (e.g., Celonis/Signavio).
• Certified expertise as a functional value architect for process discovery and mining tools like Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate Process Mining.
• Conceptual understanding of as-is processes in supply chain and ability to design to-be processes.
• Good understanding/experience of process mining in SAP transformations or supported mining/process design/journey definition initiatives in SAP projects.
• Experience with automation solutions is a plus.
• Knowledge of data collection approach, data cleansing, data modeling, process discovery, process analysis, and insights.
• Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in data engineering or a related field.
• Experience with data modeling, data transformation, and data analysis.
• Experience with SQL, MySQL etc. is critical for creating data models.
• Knowledge of data collection approach, data cleansing, data modeling, process discovery, process analysis, and insights.
• Experience with Python is a plus.
• Strong experience with process mining tools such as Celonis, Signavio, and Power Automate Process Mining.
• Certified expertise as a data analyst for process discovery and mining tools like Celonis, Signavio, Power Automate Process Mining etc.
• Good understanding/experience of process mining in SAP transformations or supported mining/process design/journey definition initiatives in SAP projects.
• Strong communication skills, especially around breaking down complex structures into digestible and relevant points for a diverse set of clients and colleagues, at all levels.
