What would you do?

As a Digital Mktg Advisory Analyst, you will be responsible for the execution of trade planning activities with relevant trade platforms, supporting required trade planning scenarios, and tracking execution against set objectives. You will support the Trade Manager in executing and maintaining trade system operations, ensuring accurate cycle planning uploads, system administration, and platform coordination. This role is critical for enabling smooth execution of trade campaigns and maintaining data integrity across trade platforms.

In a Marketing Operations job profile, responsibilities include managing and optimizing marketing processes and systems. This involves tasks such as campaign execution, data analysis, and budget management. The goal is to improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of marketing technologies. It is essential for ensuring that marketing strategies are implemented smoothly and deliver measurable results. You will also implement client account plans through relationship development and opportunity pursuits that build deeper client relationships, including monitoring existing services to identify opportunities that provide additional and innovative value to the client.

What are we looking for?

We are seeking candidates with:

  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Specific experience in Trade Marketing Operation and Planning processes and trade systems.
  • Strong collaboration and cross-functional working experience with robust interpersonal skills and a drive for results.
  • Proactiveness in seeking new ways/improvements in planning processes/systems.
  • Fluency in English language.
  • Experience in Trade CRM & planning tools (Salesforce, Anaplan, etc.), with Anaplan certification preferred.
  • Experience in handling Trade marketing data.
  • Proficiency in Excel and Power-point.
  • Experience in data analysis, interpretation, and summary presentations.
  • Advanced Excel skills with the ability to interpret, enhance, and optimize reporting conducted via multiple Excel spreadsheets.
  • A bachelor’s degree in a business or Marketing field.

Roles and Responsibilities

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Possessing a good understanding of End Market business priorities, trade agenda, and trade operating model for assigned End Markets while working from the GBS Hub (Remote).
  • Achieving full understanding and alignment on each cycle plan's objectives and activities.
  • Executing trade activities through aligned trade plans and B2B platform functionalities (such as Anaplan as a Trade Planning tool and Salesforce/RCS8 etc. Trade systems).
  • Managing trade coverage planning, cycle activity planning (Customer incentives, Field Force incentives, new brand launch activities, POSM planning, pricing changes, etc.), and sales planning process at the Customer level (if a company owns the distribution model), based on the end market RTM model & platforms.
  • Ensuring timely and accurate input of campaign activities aligned with trade objectives.
  • Creating and managing trade activities within the system.
  • Maintaining and updating key data sets.
  • Coordinating system maintenance and upgrades, including Change Requests (CR) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Liaising with IDT and vendors to resolve system issues and ensure platform stability.
  • Providing system training and support to internal users for effective platform usage.
  • Documenting and communicating system processes and updates.
  • Working closely with Trade, IDT, and external vendors to ensure seamless platform operations.
  • Supporting cross-functional teams with system-related queries and enhancements.
