What would you do?
Help balance increased marketing complexity and diminishing marketing resources. Drive marketing performance with deep functional and technical expertise, while accelerating time-to-market and operating efficiencies at scale through Data and Technology, Next Generation Content Services, Digital Marketing Services & Customer Engagement and Media Growth Services.
What are we looking for?
- At least 3-7 years experience in Project Management, preferably in international projects within Internet Information Technology B2C & B2B portal environments.
- Experience in Content Management, Database Management, and Reporting and Tracking using analytics tools.
- Understanding of digital marketing concepts and solutions including websites, social media, e-commerce, SEO, and mobile marketing.
- Ability to handle disputes, manage multiple stakeholders, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for client relationship building, considering geographical and cultural differences.
- Ability to understand solutions and provide tactical consulting to Brand and marketing teams.
- Proven track record in successful service delivery, SLA achievement, and high customer satisfaction.
- Strong time management and organizational skills to handle tight deadlines and multiple projects.
- Client management skills, including scope alignment and expectation management.
- Demand management for the delivery team, capacity adjustment, and priority list management.
- Escalation management with process improvement to prevent future escalations.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you are required to perform analysis and solve increasingly complex problems. Your day-to-day interactions will be with peers within Accenture, with potential interaction with clients and/or Accenture management. You will receive minimal instruction on daily tasks but moderate guidance on new assignments. Decisions made will impact your own work and potentially the work of others. This role is an individual contributor position and may involve overseeing a small work effort or team.
