Role Purpose

Deliver production-ready creative assets and/or re-tag existing assets to meet channel specifications, taxonomy, and discoverability standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Produce, resize, and adapt assets across various formats (web, email, social, paid media) adhering to brand guidelines.
  • Re-tag and re-label assets using defined taxonomy (campaign, audience, channel, rights, locale).
  • Ensure files comply with DAM naming conventions, formats, and required metadata for optimal reuse.
  • Collaborate with CMS publishers and developers to create web-ready and performance-friendly assets.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 2–6+ years in digital design/production with strong file hygiene and version control.
  • Experience with metadata/tagging standards and high-volume asset operations.
  • 2–6+ years of QA experience in web/digital, with strong defect triage and test documentation skills.
  • 4–8+ years of PM experience in marketing operations, web production, or digital delivery.
  • Strong organization, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills; comfort managing ambiguity.

In this role, you will analyze and solve increasingly complex problems.
