About the Role
As an Application Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and configuring applications to meet specific business process and application requirements. This role requires a thorough understanding of organizational needs and the ability to translate them into functional software solutions. You will collaborate with stakeholders to ensure applications align with business goals and continuously refine them for improved efficiency and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, build, and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements.
- Actively participate and contribute in team discussions, aiming to become a Subject Matter Expert (SME).
- Provide solutions to work-related problems and contribute to team problem-solving.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Maintain and update existing applications for optimal performance and security.
- Document application designs, configurations, and changes for knowledge sharing and future maintenance.
- Assist junior team members by providing guidance and support.
Professional & Technical Skills
- Must have: Proficiency in PTC Windchill.
- Strong understanding of application design principles and software development lifecycle.
- Experience in configuring and customizing enterprise applications.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management.
- Good communication skills for collaborating with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience in PTC Windchill.
- 15 years of full-time education is required.
