Talent & Organization Consultant

Your Mission:
- Accompany leadership (C-Suite) in defining purpose and strategic HR objectives.
- Support all transformations (technological, organizational, cultural) on the human aspect (essentially in the upstream phases of persona definition, impact analysis, adoption strategy definition) by leveraging next-gen technologies (AI, GenAI).
- Articulate new organizational models to meet strategic objectives.
- Envision the jobs and skills of tomorrow, create the conditions for employee development through up/re/new skilling pathways that ensure their employability.
- Transform Human Resources by modernizing tools (digitalization, AI, GenAI, automation) and orienting HR towards its strategic 'signature' activities with an I&D by design approach.
The "Talent & Organization / Human potential" team helps companies unleash the power of human potential, inclusively and responsibly, to reach a new level of collective transformation. By joining Talent & Organization:
- Join a team of 70 people.
- Be part of a collective that mobilizes the best experts in France and internationally every day (no less than 30,000 T&O professionals worldwide).
- Contribute to the development of internal topics such as: offer creation, onboarding support, community animation, contribution to commercial efforts, experimentation with new ways of working in a lab mode, etc.

Your Profile:
- Higher education degree (Bac + 5).
- You have at least 3 years of successful experience, preferably gained within a consulting firm or as an HR Project Manager on one or more topics mentioned in the "missions" section of this offer.
- You have a proven sense of customer service and initiative, and a strong ability to work in a team.
- You have had the opportunity to work within large groups, multicultural and international environments; you are geographically mobile and have an excellent professional level of English.
- You have a strong appetite for new technologies and developments related to digital.
