Role Purpose

As an Engineer I - Software Development at Accelya Group, you will build high-quality, innovative, and fully performing software that complies with coding standards and technical design. Your role involves gathering user requirements, defining system functionality, and writing code in various languages.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Translate processes and enhancement specifications into programs.
  • Develop error-free code to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Evaluate changes and perform impact analysis.
  • Collaborate with functional staff to clarify requirements.
  • Investigate operational code faults and propose enhancements.
  • Design unit testing plans, strategies, and scripts.
  • Take ownership of test and implementation phases.

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • Proficiency in Java, JavaEE frameworks (Spring, Struts), HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, JQuery, and SQL.
  • Experience with Linux server management (Tomcat, JBoss).
  • Ability to understand functional requirements and deliver technical documentation.
  • Degree in Software Engineering.
