Role Purpose
As an Engineer I - Software Development at Accelya Group, you will manage and approve software configuration builds, build software configurations, and perform unit testing to ensure quality and functionality.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage and approve software configuration builds according to project specifications.
- Build and configure software solutions based on technical designs.
- Perform unit testing to validate functionality and identify issues.
- Collaborate with development teams to resolve technical problems.
- Document software configurations, processes, and test results.
- Assist in troubleshooting and provide technical support during deployments.
Knowledge, Experience & Skills
This role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field along with proven experience in software development or configuration management. Familiarity with build tools and version control systems like Git and Jenkins is essential. A basic understanding of unit testing frameworks, strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication are also required.
