Affiliate Manager
A fast-growing startup Casino Operator (Curaçao Licensed) is looking for a commercially driven and well-connected Affiliate Manager to join their team. This is a key role for an experienced affiliate professional who already has an active network in core European markets and a strong understanding of performance-driven growth within iGaming. This position offers flexibility, autonomy, and the chance to play a central role in shaping the affiliate strategy of a growing casino brand. The company promotes a collaborative and results-focused environment with clear opportunities for growth and long-term impact.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage, grow, and optimize a portfolio of affiliate partners across FR, CA, NL, NO, and DE markets
- Source, onboard, and activate new affiliates with a strong commercial focus
- Negotiate deals, CPA / RevShare structures, and exclusive partnerships
- Monitor affiliate performance, traffic quality, and ROI, ensuring sustainable growth
Skills & Qualifications:
- Existing affiliate network within one or more of the listed markets is essential
- Strong commercial mindset with a data-driven approach to performance
- Ideally fluent in French and professional English
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
