  • Uphold journalistic integrity, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and culturally informed perspectives in every story.
  • Collaborate with team members to refine content strategies based on performance metrics and data analysis.

Required Qualifications

  • 2+ years of journalism experience with a focus on Latino communities.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish with native-level Spanish skills.
  • Proven research, fact-checking, and storytelling abilities.
  • Experience creating full-cycle digital content, including video editing using tools such as Adobe Premiere, CapCut, or Final Cut.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced remote work environment.
