Financial Implementer – Priority ERP System
Neopharm Group is hiring a Financial Implementer – Priority ERP System to join our ERP team. This role is based in Petah Tikva and is a Full-Time Position.
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented and experienced Implementer to lead the implementation and development of the financial module within the Priority ERP system. In this role, you will be responsible for analyzing user needs, characterizing and improving business processes, developing customized solutions, and providing ongoing support – with a direct impact on streamlining the group's financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analysis & Characterization: Identifying user needs and translating them into practical system solutions.
- Development & Implementation: Building new processes and enhancing existing ones within the Priority financial module.
- Testing & Documentation: Conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and maintaining full documentation according to quality procedures.
- Training & Support: Guiding end-users and providing ongoing professional technical support.
Job Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering & Management / Information Systems / Computer Science OR Practical Engineer (IE&M) / Accounting / CPA – Mandatory.
- Experience: Proven experience of 3+ years in ERP system implementation.
- Technical Skills: Good proficiency in SQL.
- Languages: High-level English (reading, writing, and business communication).
- Soft Skills: Team player, excellent interpersonal skills, and high verbal articulation.
