What You Will Do
As a Senior Executive Assistant at ACCC, you will:
- Provide high standard administrative support including managing calendars and diaries.
- Offer seamless executive, strategic, and administrative support to the leadership team.
- Manage emails, documents, and records in accordance with record-keeping requirements.
- Book travel arrangements and manage event logistics.
About You
You should have extensive experience as a Senior Executive Assistant in fast-paced settings, demonstrated strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a Baseline Security Clearance (or the ability to acquire one).
Additional Information
This role is available on a full-time, part-time, or job-share basis and can be performed from any capital city in a state or territory or from Townsville. Applicants from diverse backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
