Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience: 5 to 10 years in project management within the Banking-Finance-Insurance sector.
  • Proven experience in business analysis and writing functional specifications.
  • In-depth knowledge of project management tools (JIRA, MS Project, etc.).
  • Change management skills.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Degree: Master's degree (Bac+5), ideally in management, engineering, or IT.
