Create clear and easy-to-use experiences for web and mobile platforms, from onboarding flows to dashboards, applying logic, emotion and momentum to every screen.

What You’ll Do

• Own UX design for web-based and mobile platforms from discovery to handoff.
• Lead UX audits, user journey mapping, and wireframe development.
• Translate product requirements into elegant user flows.
• Collaborate with product leads, developers, and brand designers.
• Implement systems thinking with design tokens and scalable components.

What We’re Looking For

• 3+ years in UX design, preferably in B2B SaaS, fintech, or internal apps.
• Deep proficiency in Figma, Tokens Studio, and prototyping tools.
• Up-to-date with latest AI tools in UX strategy and execution.
• Fluency in systems thinking and component-based design.
• Ability to communicate effectively with users and developers.
• A portfolio reflecting strategic UX thinking and execution.

Bonus Points

• Rapid prototyping with Framer, Webflow, or similar tools.
• Experience with Hotjar-style analytics (GA4, FullStory, etc.).
• Familiarity with Figma plugins like Automator and Batch Styler.
• Interest in motion design or interactive experiences.
• Experience using Notion to document UX flows and design decisions.
