Location: Fully Remote, Philippines
Rate: $6.00 - $8.00 per hour based on experience

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Systems Analyst who can interpret complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across different teams.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
- Experience working with marketing data, reporting, and performance metrics
- Hands-on experience of programming or scripting (e.g., Python or similar)
- Understanding of programming syntax and ability to use it for data-related tasks
- Familiarity with Linux servers and basic command-line operations
- Experience with data extraction, transformation, and reporting tools
- Experience with HubSpot is a plus
Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards
- Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven strategies
- Support system integrations and data processes across platforms
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reporting

Benefits:
- A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
- A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
- A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
- Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
- Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
