Job Title: Data Systems Analyst

Location: Fully Remote, Philippines

Rate: $6.00 - $8.00 per hour based on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, Eastern Standard Time

Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Systems Analyst who can interpret complex datasets, generate actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making across different teams.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, Marketing Data Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role
• Experience working with marketing data, reporting, and performance metrics
• Hands-on experience of programming or scripting (e.g., Python or similar)
• Understanding of programming syntax and ability to use it for data-related tasks
• Familiarity with Linux servers and basic command-line operations
• Experience with data extraction, transformation, and reporting tools
• Experience with HubSpot is a plus

Responsibilities

• Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and insights
• Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards
• Extract, clean, and transform data from multiple sources for analysis
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven strategies
• Support system integrations and data processes across platforms
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity in reporting

• Must have their own work device (preferably a desktop or laptop) and a stable internet connection.
• Must be comfortable with using a time-tracking software for payroll purposes.
• Must be willing to undergo a background verification check during the final stages of the hiring process.

Benefits:

• A total of five paid vacation days per year (additional days can be taken unpaid).
• A 5% raise per year guaranteed (additional raises or bonuses may be given for outstanding performance).
• A paid 15-minute break for every 4 hours of work.
• Healthcare benefits after 2 months of full-time work.
• Vacation days increase by 1 vacation day per year. I.e. after one year of employment, the total paid vacation days on year 2 would be six, on year 3 seven, etc.
