About the Operations Manager Greece & Cyprus Role
As Operations Manager for Greece and Cyprus, you will support the Country Manager in localizing content to ensure our global strategy resonates with the local market. You will track daily operational KPIs and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, providing you the opportunity to gain exposure to various business areas, including logistics, customer service, and marketing.
Responsibilities
- Localization of marketing campaigns for the Greek audience
- Translation of various texts from English into Greek (e.g., sales campaigns, newsletters, fashion content, marketing materials)
- Competitor monitoring (e.g., sales campaigns, celebrity and influencer collaborations, services)
- Quality assurance of our website
- Management of daily operations, KPI monitoring, and engagement with logistics and customer service teams
- Market analyses and development
Requirements
- Native-level competence in Greek, both spoken and written
- Fluency in English; German is a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel)
- Work experience in business development, project management, customer service or logistics is a plus
- Strong communication and analytical skills
