About the Role
Abnormal AI is hiring a Senior Corporate Finance Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This role is pivotal in leading corporate-level financial modeling and systems optimization, enabling better decision-making through best-in-class tools and frameworks. You will build and manage driver-based models in Pigment, improve reporting workflows, and support scalable planning processes.
You will help shape financial narratives for executive leadership, build models to evaluate business performance and scenarios, and lead process improvements in reporting and planning systems like Pigment.
What You Will Do
- Serve as a key thought partner on system integrations, data flows, and planning tools.
- Manage and enhance FP&A systems, focusing on Pigment or similar tools for improved automation.
- Design and implement automation in reporting, planning, and dashboarding workflows.
- Champion continuous improvement in financial processes, tools, and internal controls.
- Pioneer AI solutions for the FP&A team to build automation in Pigment forecasting.
- Build and maintain robust, driver-based financial models for long-range planning.
- Lead month-end close and variance analysis ensuring accuracy and insights.
- Partner with Accounting, Strategy, and Business Operations for high-quality reporting.
- Develop and maintain executive and Board-level reporting packages.
Must Haves
- 3+ years of FP&A or Finance experience focused on modeling and forecasting.
- Advanced modeling skills; experience with Pigment, Anaplan, or similar tools.
- Proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data integration principles.
- Strong analytical skills to convert complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with financial planning systems, data management, and automation.
- High level of ownership and ability to thrive in a fast-paced remote work environment.
- Effective communicator with strong collaboration across departments.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI, automation, or analytics tools in finance workflows.
- Familiarity with SaaS business models in high-growth tech environments.
- Consulting, banking, or related industry experience.

Base salary range: $114,000—$135,000 USD.
