What You Will Do

This role thrives at the intersection of product development, data, and go-to-market execution. You will help scale how we build, release, and operate AI-native security products.

  • Streamline product development: Manage end-to-end product development process for market initiatives.
  • Set standards: Establish product release standards, execution rhythms, and lead product reviews and launch meetings.
  • Define KPIs: Establish product performance metrics and build dashboards to track usage, customer feedback, and operational signals.
  • Codify operations: Develop a living playbook for AI-native product operations, including enhancement processes.
  • Team alignment: Connect customer-facing teams and product teams, ensuring internal enablement and feature adoption.

Must Haves

  • 5+ years in product operations or technical program management.
  • Experience with AI-native product teams.
  • 1–2 years leading high-leverage operations or analytics teams.
  • Data fluency with metrics, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, Salesforce, Gainsight, and product analytics platforms.
  • Strong collaboration skills across product, engineering, support, and GTM teams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or enterprise email security.
  • Familiarity with behavioral AI systems or AI-powered customer support models.

At Abnormal AI, certain roles are eligible for a bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits. Compensation packages are based on individual factors including skills, experience, and qualifications.

For San Francisco/New York locations, adjusted base pay ranges apply.
