About The Role
We’re looking for an experienced Sales Engineering Manager to lead and scale our Enterprise SE function across Northern Europe. This senior, hands-on leadership role is for someone who enjoys building high-performing teams, shaping technical sales and acting as a trusted partner to Sales and Product in complex enterprise environments.
You’ll inherit a strong team and play a critical role in helping it scale as the region grows. Success in this role directly impacts enterprise win rates, deal quality, customer trust, and product direction.
This is a player-coach role: you’ll spend time developing people and systems, while also stepping into strategic accounts where experience and credibility matter most.

What You’ll Do
Lead and develop the team by managing, mentoring, and recruiting Enterprise Sales Engineers. You will coach individuals through regular 1:1s, deal reviews and onboarding processes.
Drive enterprise deal success by owning technical execution for sales cycles, acting as a trusted advisor, and partnering with Sales leadership to boost win rates.
Build for scale by designing and improving systems, processes, and enablement materials, along with tracking meaningful metrics.
Influence product direction by representing customer needs from Northern Europe and feeding feedback into product roadmap priorities.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience leading Sales Engineers in enterprise B2B environments, a strong background in consultative sales, and excellent communication skills are must-haves. Experience scaling teams and a solid grasp of cybersecurity concepts, especially in email and cloud security, are strong advantages.
