About the Sales Development Representative Role at Abnormal AI

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR), you will play a critical role in driving growth by serving as the first point of contact with prospective customers within an assigned territory.

Success in this Sales Development Representative role requires excellent organizational skills and outstanding written and verbal communication, with the ability to confidently engage senior stakeholders, including C-level executives, at mid-sized to large enterprises. The SDR must also thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, quickly adopt and master sales tools, and demonstrate the ability to ramp quickly.
Compensation & Benefits
At Abnormal AI, certain roles are eligible for a bonus, restricted stock units (RSUs), and benefits. Individual compensation packages are based on factors unique to each candidate, including their skills, experience, qualifications, and other job-related reasons. The base salary range for this position is $24.33—$28.61 USD per hour.
