About The Role

Abnormal AI is seeking exceptional sales professionals who are passionate about their craft and driven to succeed within a world-class, high-performance sales organization. As a Sales Development Representative, you will play a critical role in driving growth by being the first point of contact with prospective customers within an assigned territory.

The ideal candidate is results-oriented, confident, resilient in the face of rejection, and maintains a consistently positive attitude. Excellent organizational and communication skills are required as you engage with senior stakeholders at mid-sized to large enterprises.

What You Will Do

  • Contact potential clients via outbound cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn.
  • Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Qualify leads from marketing campaigns as viable sales opportunities.
  • Work collaboratively across sales teams and meet targets consistently.
  • Act as the subject matter expert on the Abnormal AI product offering.

Must Haves

  • College graduate with 0-1 year experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or related internship.
  • Proven ability to collaborate within a distributed sales team.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
  • Strong capability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.
  • Drive, grit, and a team-oriented mindset with a competitive spirit.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with sales tools like Orum, Outreach, Regie AI, Salesforce, SeamlessAi, or ZoomInfo.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary for this role is $51,000 USD. Additionally, certain roles are eligible for bonuses, restricted stock units (RSUs), and other benefits.
