About The Role
Abnormal AI is seeking a GRC Program Manager to support governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) programs. This role is integral to executing GRC initiatives, enhancing program/project management and reporting practices, and driving risk reduction across the company.
The ideal candidate will own and improve project management frameworks, produce comprehensive documentation and reporting, and support the Director of GRC in planning activities. They will also serve as the project manager for critical GRC and cross-functional projects.
Who You Are
You have extensive program management experience in GRC or similar fields and can manage portfolios of projects. You excel at developing frameworks, reporting performance metrics, and maintaining technical and process documentation. You also have a technical background enabling you to communicate effectively with non-technical audiences while holding yourself accountable for superior results in a dynamic environment.
What You Will Do
- Own and drive GRC program management including plans, goals, deliverables, and success criteria.
- Develop frameworks and best practices for project and operational management across GRC.
- Coordinate with project managers to ensure consistent project execution and reporting.
- Direct critical projects, lead remediation and mitigation, and report progress to senior management.
- Maintain robust documentation management including templates, structure, and content requirements.
- Support strategic, annual, and quarterly planning activities across teams.
Must Haves & Nice to Haves
Minimum qualifications include 4+ years in a program manager role in GRC or related fields, a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, and proficiency with ServiceNow and Jira. Certifications such as PMP, CRISC, CISSP, CISA, or CISM and experience in technology, SaaS/Cloud environments are preferred.
Compensation & Benefits
The base salary ranges from $137,700 to $162,000 USD, with variations for San Francisco/New York bases. Eligible roles may also receive bonus, RSUs, and other benefits. Abnormal AI is an equal opportunity employer that values diversity.
