Role Overview

The AI Transformation Product Manager leads the development of internal AI solutions by identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency. This role calls for a blend of product thinking, technical acumen in AI, and entrepreneurial drive. The successful candidate will collaborate with functional executives to validate opportunities, define product roadmaps, and manage the complete product lifecycle.

What You Will Do

  • Own a dedicated AI transformation pod partnering with a go-to-market function.
  • Identify high-impact AI transformation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to validate AI ideas.
  • Define product requirements and roadmaps for AI solutions.
  • Utilize AI-enabled developer tools to iterate on solutions.
  • Manage product lifecycle from conception to deployment.
  • Measure and report the impact of deployed solutions.
  • Present pod updates to executive leadership.
  • Scope opportunities for building reusable AI infrastructure.

Must Haves

  • Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
  • Product management experience with AI product expertise.
  • Background in Software Engineering and hands-on coding (Python preferred).
  • Understanding of LLMs, agents, and modern AI capabilities.
  • Experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate complex problems into AI-powered solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in enterprise software, tech startups, or research labs.

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range is $127,500—$150,000 USD, with eligibility for bonus, RSUs, and additional benefits based on individual qualifications.
