About The Role
Abnormal AI believes that AI isn’t just a tool – it’s the way you work. As our first AI Technical Enablement Specialist, you will help drive internal AI transformation by enabling teams to adopt AI-native habits and design smarter, faster workflows using tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Glean.
What You'll Do
- Design and run hands-on training sessions and workshops using tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Glean.
- Create clear documentation and playbooks to facilitate AI integration into daily workflows.
- Build and scale a content engine with the AI Platform team to turn new capabilities into practical resources.
- Showcase best practices and innovative use cases while modeling what works.
- Measure adoption, effectiveness, and outcomes to continuously improve AI enablement.
- Partner with Content Marketing to share internal success stories of AI transformation.
- Explore new tools and techniques, continuously sharing insights to keep the organization moving forward.
What You'll Bring
- Demonstrated use of AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, or Glean in practical settings.
- Strong communication skills to turn complexity into clarity.
- Experience in enablement, L&D, or internal communications to drive behavior change and knowledge scaling.
- Proven facilitation skills through workshops, coaching, or teaching new tools to diverse audiences.
- An analytical and builder’s mindset with a focus on operational problem-solving and measurable impact.
Bonus to Have
- Experience with enterprise AI tools (e.g., Gemini, Cursor).
- Understanding of prompt engineering, custom GPTs, or agent-based AI.
- Familiarity with tools such as Confluence or Notion for knowledge sharing.
- Experience in producing multimedia or video-based training content.
Compensation & Benefits
Base salary range: $114,800—$135,000 USD. Eligible roles may also receive bonuses, restricted stock units (RSUs), and additional benefits based on individual qualifications.
