About the Role

Abnormal Security is at the forefront of revolutionizing cybersecurity and internal operations using advanced AI solutions. As we scale, we are establishing AI Transformation Pods, which are crucial for driving operational efficiency across our organization. These pods offer unique visibility, working directly with the CEO and executive leadership, and are central to the company's overall AI strategy.

As an AI Product Builder, you will be responsible for developing internal Go-To-Market (GTM) solutions. This involves identifying opportunities for automation and efficiency within a dedicated GTM function. The role demands a distinctive combination of product thinking, user empathy, a strong technical understanding of AI, and hands-on execution skills.

You will translate the AI Transformation vision and internal stakeholder feedback into a clear roadmap, define requirements for AI-native solutions, and rapidly iterate on solutions using cutting-edge AI developer tools. Additionally, you will scope horizontal capabilities that can accelerate the development or improve the quality of future AI projects.

What You Will Do

• Own the AI transformation strategy for a specific GTM function, crafting a roadmap that delivers measurable operational impact.
• Build and deploy AI-powered solutions, leveraging Large Language Models (LLMs), agent frameworks, and AI coding tools like Cursor and Claude Code.
• Lead technical design and architecture decisions, creating reusable components to expedite future AI development.
• Deliver production-grade automations that fundamentally reshape operations for sales, marketing, or customer success teams.
• Communicate progress, business impact, and demonstrate solutions directly to executive leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile

• Strong product intuition combined with deep technical expertise in modern AI capabilities, LLMs, and agentic workflows.
• Proven ability to independently move from problem definition through to prototype and production deployment.
• Demonstrated success in solving ambiguous operational challenges within dynamic, fast-moving environments.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and transforming operational needs into scalable AI solutions.
• A portfolio or GitHub showcasing self-directed AI projects or tooling is highly valued.

Minimum Qualifications

• Technical degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a similar field.
• Relevant coursework or practical experience in AI/ML, product development, or entrepreneurship.
• Prior experience in product management or software engineering, with exposure to AI-enabled products.
• Robust understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and contemporary AI tooling.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Python preferred) and comfort with AI-assisted development tools.
• Clear and effective communicator capable of influencing senior and executive stakeholders.

Nice to Have

• Experience in enterprise software environments, collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate operational needs into scalable AI solutions.
• Internships or research roles in AI/ML labs.
• Participation in hackathons, contributions to open-source projects, or product-focused side projects.
• A portfolio or GitHub showcasing self-directed AI projects or tooling.
