About the Role
ABM is seeking an experienced, flexible, reliable, and professional Facilities & Workplace Business Analyst. This role is integral to the onsite team for ABM Performance Solutions, focusing on facilities services related data sources and financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage operational and capital expenditure budgets.
- Partner with Finance to lead monthly financial forecasting and accrual processes.
- Develop scalable financial processes for a rapidly growing business.
- Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and metrics for financial health analysis.
- Perform data analysis and visualization to provide insights and recommendations.
- Support long and short term business development plans with in-depth data analysis.
- Automate dashboards to reflect trends and workplace occupancy recommendations.
- Conduct complex research and data analysis to capture reporting requirements.
- Design advanced data queries, data models, and dashboards based on client needs.
- Ensure timely delivery of milestones and project deliverables.
Basic Qualifications
- 10+ years in tax, finance, or related fields focusing on Facilities Services.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or similar.
- Expertise in financial and data analysis with familiarity in facilities services financials.
Other Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft and Google Suites with preferred experience in Google products.
- Proficiency in financial statement analysis, financial modeling, and P&L management.
- Ability to create dashboards and work independently with high attention to detail.
- MBA in finance, data analytics, or CPA is a plus.
- Experience in large-scale data mining using robust financial systems.
Compensation & Benefits
Pay range: $110,000 - $117,000 DOE. In addition to salary, you may be eligible for company incentives or bonus programs. ABM offers a comprehensive benefits package; more information is available on the ABM Employee Benefits webpage.
