The Traffic Controller is responsible for assisting customers by directing traffic at a school parking facility. This position provides on the job training.

Responsibilities

• Safely and professionally direct guests and ride app drivers to the correct areas from various positions.
• Manage traffic control and redirect vehicles to park in the appropriate areas.
• Maintain safety standards to ensure team and guests safety.
• Provide information including parking locations and assists visitors in a cheerful and helpful manner.
• Stand at an assigned location and waves vehicles in the desired location.
• Keep the flow of traffic moving smoothly and safely according to site plan.
• Safely assist in set up of parking flow using cones, barricades and other equipment.
• Clean and maintains show quality standards in garages and surrounding areas reporting any concerns with supporting details.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• No experience required; on the job training provided.
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required.
• One (1) year of similar work experience preferred.
