Role Overview: Full Stack Engineer

Join the fast-moving AI Incubator team working on 0→1 products where AI meets commerce. You will work closely with product, design, and growth teams, contributing directly to business strategy and MRR outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead engineering efforts for greenfield product builds.
  • Support technical decision-making on architecture, stack, and deployment.
  • Work hands-on with Next.js and Python for both frontend and backend.
  • Deploy and maintain systems in AWS, Docker, Heroku, etc.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to iterate fast.
  • Build and integrate AI-powered capabilities.
  • Connect technical decisions to revenue outcomes.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience.
  • Expertise in Next.js and Python.
  • Experience with full lifecycle development and cloud deployment, CI/CD, and devOps basics.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with strong product ownership.
  • Clear communication and collaboration skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LLMs, vector databases, or AI agents.
  • Familiarity with prompt engineering or AI workflow tools.
  • Contributions to open-source, incubator, or startup environments.
  • Prior experience in FinTech or e-commerce.
  • Knowledge of web application security best practices.
  • Experience with machine learning or AI integration.
