Senior Director

We are seeking an accomplished and forward-thinking Senior Director to provide strategic leadership across key business functions, strengthen operational excellence, and support the continued growth of Abharan Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. This role is ideal for a results-driven executive with extensive experience in retail, luxury goods, jewelry, or consumer businesses who excels at leading cross-functional teams, driving innovation, and delivering sustainable business performance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership across core business functions, ensuring operational excellence, business efficiency, and alignment with the company's long-term vision.

Develop and execute business strategies that support revenue growth, market expansion, customer experience enhancement, and organizational success.

Collaborate closely with executive leadership and department heads to improve cross-functional coordination, optimize business processes, and enhance overall operational performance.

Monitor key business, sales, and operational KPIs, analyze performance trends, and implement data-driven initiatives to improve profitability and productivity.

Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, resource allocation, and cost optimization to maximize business performance and sustainable growth.

Establish, implement, and continuously improve operational policies, governance frameworks, and best practices to support scalable business operations.

Lead business transformation initiatives, digital innovation, and process improvement projects that enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Mentor and develop senior management teams by fostering a high-performance culture focused on leadership, accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Identify business opportunities, market trends, and operational risks while developing effective strategies to strengthen competitiveness and long-term stability.

Direct strategic business initiatives, new store development, retail expansion projects, and corporate programs to ensure successful execution and measurable business outcomes.

Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners, suppliers, and industry leaders while representing Abharan Jewellers Pvt. Ltd. in executive meetings, strategic partnerships, and external business engagements.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, Retail Management, or a related field; MBA is preferred.

10+ years of progressive leadership experience, including senior management or director-level roles.

Experience in jewelry, luxury retail, fashion retail, consumer goods, or related industries is highly preferred.

Strong strategic planning, financial management, and organizational leadership capabilities.

Excellent decision-making, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Demonstrated ability to lead organizational transformation, business expansion, and operational excellence initiatives.

Strong analytical mindset with experience leveraging KPIs and business intelligence to drive performance.
