The Role of a Hollister Brand Representative

As a Brand Representative, you will be deeply engaged in providing outstanding customer service by anticipating and promptly responding to customer needs. We seek an individual who is outgoing, stylish, and genuinely helpful. You will demonstrate a keen awareness of the store environment, always remaining approachable and warm. Your ability to initiate conversations and connect with customers in a genuine and articulate manner will ensure the customer remains the top priority. Successful Brand Representatives exhibit relatable, confident, and highly social behaviors on the sales floor, effectively translating these interactions into completed sales.

What You'll Do

  • Customer Experience: Deliver exceptional service, anticipate needs, and connect genuinely with customers.
  • Store Presentation and Sales Floor: Maintain visual standards, ensure an engaging shopping environment.
  • Communication: Engage customers articulately, provide product knowledge, and foster connections.
  • Asset Protection and Shrink: Adhere to policies to protect company assets and minimize loss.
  • Policies and Procedures: Ensure compliance with all company operational guidelines.
  • Training and Development: Actively participate in ongoing training to enhance skills and knowledge.
