Program Overview
This program offers a combination of classroom sessions, on-the-job training, mentorship, interactive presentations from senior leaders, and integrated social activities, all designed to ease the transition to the company’s unique culture at the Global Home Office in Columbus, Ohio.
Tracks Offered
- Apparel Design (Full-Time & Internship): From concept to production, creating high quality, aspirational products.
- Technical Design (Full-Time Only): Translating sketches into physical garments with detailed tech packs.
- CAD Design (Full-Time & Internship): Creating seasonal prints, patterns and embroidery works using state-of-the-art tools.
- Graphic Apparel Design (Full-Time Only): Developing seasonal graphic concepts with innovative print and embroidery techniques.
Responsibilities & Requirements
Candidates must be pursuing or have a completed Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum 3.0 GPA. Essential qualities include passion for the brand, trend awareness, technical skills, strong communication, and excellent organizational abilities. Submission of unofficial transcripts, portfolios, and resumes is required.
Benefits
Full-Time participants receive competitive compensation packages including an $8,000 placement/relocation bonus, merchandise discounts, gym access, premium healthcare coverage, retirement plans, and more. Interns receive $9,000 for a 9-week program with housing, merchandise discounts, gym access, and organized social events, culminating in early access to full-time roles.
