Role Overview

As the Mergers and Acquisitions Director, you will own the end-to-end front-end M&A process, from refining acquisition strategy and sourcing opportunities, to valuation, due diligence, and transaction execution.

You will work closely with the Chief Strategy Officer, operations teams, and senior executives to identify, evaluate, and execute acquisitions that accelerate growth in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead deal sourcing and origination across strategic focus areas.
  • Evaluate opportunities through market analysis, financial modeling, and strategic assessment.
  • Drive deal execution from initial outreach to closing, including valuation and due diligence coordination.
  • Partner with finance, legal, operations, and business leaders for integration planning.
  • Develop a strong acquisition pipeline aligned with corporate strategy.
  • Provide regular insights and reporting on pipeline and deal progress.
  • Represent the company externally with professionalism and credibility.

Qualifications

  • 5–8 years experience in M&A, investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, consulting, or corporate development.
  • Proven track record in deal execution from origination through closing.
  • Strong financial modeling, valuation, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strategic thinker who connects market insights with growth objectives.
  • Experience in high-volume transaction environments and managing multiple deals simultaneously is preferred.
