Role Overview

The Project Manager, Artificial Intelligence works with cross-functional teams including Quality Operations, R&D Quality, BTS, and Data Analytics to implement AI-powered solutions across the global AbbVie Quality network.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with business process owners to identify AI automation opportunities.
• Manage design, development, and deployment of AI solutions.
• Oversee intake and prioritization of global AI proposals.
• Coordinate data sourcing, preprocessing, and readiness for AI models.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize AI system performance.
• Train teams on evolving AI technologies and practices.
• Ensure AI applications adhere to regulatory standards and industry regulations.
• Participate in industry forums and validate AI solution deliverables.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a global GMP pharmaceutical, biologics, or medical device company.
• Understanding of data engineering and data warehousing concepts.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• A passion for staying current with evolving AI technologies.
