About the Role

  • Leading a care team to improve care within the regional infield team structure.
  • Building and maintaining contact with important national and international stakeholders in the indication areas of Migraine, Movement Disorders, Urology.
  • Planning and conducting projects and events in the aforementioned focus indications, as well as developing new innovative strategies and approaches.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, among others) to develop and implement an integrated strategy.
  • Establishing, implementing, and further developing suitable training and continuing education activities in the focus indications.
  • Participating in discussions within the international External Engagement Team.
  • Expanding existing and establishing new care concepts and improving care structures in a cross-functional team, in close coordination with all relevant functions.
  • Collaborating within the Brand Team and fostering open communication and constant exchange of experiences and ideas.
  • Budget control for assigned projects.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Market Access, HTA, and other internal stakeholders for established indications, indication expansions, and pipeline products.
  • Implementing the Brand Strategy and co-responsibility for achieving Brand goals.
  • Adhering to all applicable requirements, legal and regulatory provisions regarding ethics and compliance, and the "Code of Business Conduct."

Qualifications

  • Successfully completed scientific university degree, pharmaceutical sales representative training, or required expertise according to §75 German Medicines Act.
  • Pronounced leadership skills in guiding cross-functional teams, strong intuition, and personal responsibility in developing strategic topics and approaches.
  • Profound experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in the Neurology therapeutic area, or strong understanding of innovation.
  • Experience in Brand Team collaboration and responsible interdisciplinary project management in a matrix organization.
  • High interest in scientific and health policy issues.
  • Experience in stakeholder management, preferably also in project management.
  • Talent for networking people and moderating groups.
  • Ability to present complex health policy, scientific, and economic backgrounds of the neurological care situation in a target-group-oriented manner and discuss with various stakeholder groups.
  • Flexibility, high resilience, and team spirit.
  • Very good English language skills.
