Therapy Business Manager
Abbott is seeking a Therapy Business Manager to successfully launch and manage assigned brands in a specialty segment in line with brand strategy. In this role, you will plan, execute, and monitor activities to achieve patient on therapy, unit, and value targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Launch assigned brands and achieve therapy targets
- Develop customer coverage and Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) in the territory
- Execute compliant medico marketing activities
- Manage distribution channels and stakeholder services
- Plan and execute short to medium term business plans
- Record and report market intelligence to headquarters
Qualifications
B. Pharm / M. Pharm / M.Sc. candidates preferred. Other graduates with management qualifications may also be considered. Experience in selling premium brands and in the specialty segment (3+ years) is desirable.
Work Environment
Work shift is Standard. The role involves 100% travel and requires continuous standing for prolonged periods.
