Territory Business Manager at Abbott

Job Function: Sales | Bhagalpur Division: Quantus (Cardia-Diabetic)

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Achieve assigned territory sales target
  • Conduct effective field work independently
  • Report daily activity via online system
  • Meet Call Average and coverage norms

Core Responsibilities:

  • Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share
  • Promote division products per strategy
  • Build relationships with doctors, chemists, and stockiest
  • Facilitate strategy building
  • Serve as a strong Brand Ambassador

Qualifications:

  • BSc/B. Pharma
  • 1+ year experience; freshers with strong communication and analytical skills considered
  • Experience in similar therapy preferred; MNC/top pharma background is an advantage
  • Fluent and confident communication

About the Role:

  • Location: Patna, India - Block B, Sai Corporate Park
  • Work Shift: Standard
  • Travel: 100% required
  • Physical Requirement: Continuous standing for prolonged periods
