The Opportunity
This Technical Service Specialist Intern position works out of our Dammam Field site, located within the Core Diagnostic division.

What You’ll Work On
As the Technical Service Specialist Intern, you’ll have the chance to:
- Apply subject matter knowledge in Medical Device Field Service under limited supervision.
- Utilize well-developed skills in technical analysis for product implementations, modifications, and enhancements according to specific customer needs.
- Troubleshoot technical problems and issues, determine solutions based on product and customer specifications, and recommend actions to company or customer representatives.
- Assess product needs in accordance with customer specifications.
- Conduct technical training and product briefings with customers, vendors, and company representatives.
- Act as the local on-site representative to customer's organization members.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic languages.
- Possession of a Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) license.
