Territory Business Manager
Abbott is hiring a Territory Business Manager for its Restora division in Daltonganj (Medininagar). The role involves achieving sales targets, effective field work, and daily reporting via an online system.
Core Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned territory/geography wise sales target
- Perform effective field work with minimal supervision
- Report daily on field work using an online system
- Meet call average, coverage, and frequency norms
- Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share
- Promote division products according to strategy
- Build relationships with doctors, chemists, stockiest, and other stakeholders
- Facilitate strategy building
- Act as a brand ambassador
Qualifications
- BSc/B. Pharma or equivalent
- 1+ years of experience, or freshers with strong communication and analytical skills
- Experience in similar therapy from MNC or top Indian Pharma companies is an advantage
- Fluent and confident in communication
Additional Information
This position requires 100% travel, involves prolonged standing periods, and follows a standard work shift.
