Territory Business Manager

Abbott is hiring a Territory Business Manager for its Restora division in Daltonganj (Medininagar). The role involves achieving sales targets, effective field work, and daily reporting via an online system.

Core Responsibilities

  • Achieve assigned territory/geography wise sales target
  • Perform effective field work with minimal supervision
  • Report daily on field work using an online system
  • Meet call average, coverage, and frequency norms
  • Generate maximum prescriptions and increase market share
  • Promote division products according to strategy
  • Build relationships with doctors, chemists, stockiest, and other stakeholders
  • Facilitate strategy building
  • Act as a brand ambassador

Qualifications

  • BSc/B. Pharma or equivalent
  • 1+ years of experience, or freshers with strong communication and analytical skills
  • Experience in similar therapy from MNC or top Indian Pharma companies is an advantage
  • Fluent and confident in communication

Additional Information

This position requires 100% travel, involves prolonged standing periods, and follows a standard work shift.
