Mission of the Role
Are you interested in engineering, automation, and robotics, and looking to develop technically within a global company renowned for technology and innovation?
ABB is seeking a Técnico de Projetos Pleno Robótica to join the Robotics area, providing support for projects, application engineering, and sales processes.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to participate in projects of various sizes and complexity levels, with a focus on continuous technical development. You will be prepared to work in Paint Robotics, with activities involving programming, simulation, technical support, and direct interaction with internal teams and clients.
Responsibilities
- Support project engineering activities, including programming of paint robots and simulations using ABB RobotStudio.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, feasibility studies, automation concepts, and support the development of robotic painting solutions.
- Work in partnership with Sales and Application teams, providing technical support for proposals, concepts, and technical presentations to clients.
- Actively participate in projects, technical meetings, and workshops, focusing on the development and specialization in ABB paint robotics technology.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of technical processes and knowledge dissemination within the team.
Requirements
- Completed technical course or ongoing higher education in Engineering (Automation, Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related areas).
- Experience in project engineering, automation, robotics, or industrial processes, preferably in an industrial or automotive environment.
- Knowledge or practical experience in industrial robot programming.
- Experience or interest in process simulation, cell concepts, and technical studies applied to sales engineering.
- Functional communication in English for technical interaction, documentation, and training.
