About the Role

The Security Awareness & Education Service Lead at ABB is responsible for developing and implementing effective security measures. You will protect ABB from emerging threats, oversee cybersecurity efforts and manage security infrastructure to safeguard vital information.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project-based activities and advise stakeholders.
  • Lead service operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Plan, implement, and maintain awareness and training campaigns.
  • Source new solutions and manage vendor relationships.
  • Enforce adherence to Corporate IS Policies and external regulations.
  • Coordinate learning and awareness content management processes.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in security awareness, training, or compliance.
  • Experience managing global services or projects in learning or e-learning.
  • Strong communication skills; fluency in English.
  • Relevant certifications in Security, Audit, Service, or Project Management are a plus.
