Reporting Structure and Work Model

This Project Engineer position reports to a Team Leader. The work model for this role is hybrid.

Key Responsibilities of a Project Engineer

• Familiarization with department operations, low-voltage (LV) switchgear production, and training on LV products (MNS, NeoGear) and ePlan software.
• Creating orders under the guidance of an experienced colleague, transitioning to independent project work.
• Preparing technical drawings and creating necessary technical documentation for customers and production.
• Collaborating with other departments including Production, Testing, and Project Management.
• Reporting ongoing project milestones and results effectively.
• Working efficiently within internal systems.
• Continuously developing and expanding professional expertise.

Qualifications

• Secondary school or university education in a technical field, or mechanical engineering with electrical knowledge.
• Proficiency in 2D/3D CAD/Eplan systems.
• Experience with LV switchgear is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated responsibility, strong communication skills, stress resistance, and time flexibility.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Communicative English language skills (A2-B1) are a prerequisite for customer communication, with German or Russian as an advantage.
• This position is also suitable for graduates, though experience in a similar role is a plus.
