Your Role and Responsibilities
In this Production Trainee role, you will support the unit in achieving the set production targets by adhering to systems and processes. Daily, you will use machinery and equipment on the shop floor and read and interpret technical diagrams/instructions for the assembly of products, systems, or panels.
- Conduct various assembly tasks including semi-finished and final products.
- Perform work manually or with light hand tools.
- Conduct regular quality testing as part of production processes.
- Operate within standard operating procedures and maintain a clean work area.
Qualifications for the Role
- Experience working with machinery on a production shop floor.
- Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and instructions.
- Basic familiarity with assembly processes and quality control.
- Good communication skills and attention to detail.
- Relevant technical or vocational education background.
