About Non-ERP Junior IS Analyst Intern

Your Role: Own the Challenge

You will play a key role in support of our North American IS applications team in Milton, Ontario, Canada. In this role, you will:

  • Assist with user account management following SOX guidelines.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot complex business applications.
  • Work with external vendors for solutions and monitor services.
  • Create documentation including Knowledge Base articles and training materials.
  • Communicate effectively with internal customers and provide end-to-end problem resolution.

What We Seek

The ideal candidate is enrolled in a University/College program in Computer Science or an equivalent field, with 1-2 years of related IS experience. You should have at least 1 year of experience with Microsoft SQL Server and Power Platform/Power Automate. Strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a geographically distributed team are essential.
