In this role, the Marketing Specialist in the Sustainable Energy Agile Unit will develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business goals. This position reports to the Marketing Chapter Leader.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic marketing initiatives for the Agile Unit.
- Create and execute marketing plans to drive product awareness and demand.
- Conduct market analysis to identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Leverage campaign analytics and customer feedback to optimize strategies.
- Foster relationships with stakeholders, customers, and industry partners.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Market Development, Communications, and Product Management.
Your Background
Minimum 5 years of marketing experience, especially in industrial B2B environments within the electrification or industrial sectors. Proven success in developing impactful strategies and campaigns, strong analytical skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and leadership qualities are essential.
