Role Overview
As the IS Operations Manager - IAM SARA-next, you will orchestrate the delivery of Information Systems service line operations activities. You will coordinate with internal teams and external suppliers, ensuring ITIL process compliance and continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities
- Govern operation of SARA Next application.
- Ensure SLAs and monitor ITIL process performance.
- Support incident resolution with root cause analysis.
- Review control sets for Internal and External Audits.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years experience in application operations.
- ITIL certification at Foundation level or above.
- Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, management, or related field.
- Fluent in English.
- Experience with top IGA solutions is a plus.
Work Model & Stakeholders
This position follows a hybrid work model. You will work closely with internal Business Area Security Leads, Application Owners, and Managers globally, contributing to the Group IS Security Risk and Compliance organization.
