This Position reports to: Head of IS Functional Tech Serv.

Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a key strategic interface between the Core IS Master Data Management services and the business customers. Each day, you will be accountable for the delivery of a few technology service lines within the Master Data Management. You will also showcase your expertise by identifying, consolidating, managing customer demand, and ensuring that the whole lifecycle of IS services is efficiently delivered.

The work model for the role is: hybrid

This role is contributing to the ABB Businesses and Corporate Functions globally. Main stakeholders are Business IS and Business Data teams, Corporate Functions, including Finance and HR.

You will be mainly accountable for:

• Delivery of Master Data management and technology services on time, within budget, and in line with the customer’s expectations.
• Responsible for ensuring right technologies will be used for Master Data, driving innovation as well as scouting of the technologies.
• Supporting key ABB programs and transformations with Master Data capabilities, ensure meeting ABB standards and providing data best practices.
• Ensuring reliability, security, and compliance of technology services offered by the Core IS Master Data.
• Owning standards and governance for Master Data Management.
• Driving the department and service roadmaps in line with corporate and business strategies.

Qualifications For The Role

• Strong passion for technology with a deep focus on Master Data Management.
• Extensive experience in leading IT service delivery teams within a global organization.
• Advanced knowledge of technology solutions supporting Master Data Management.
• Proven ability to innovate and leverage technology to unlock business value, drive productivity gains, and support large-scale business and technology transformations.
• Demonstrated experience in delivering complex transformation initiatives, including process and technology change.
• Strong customer-centric mindset with the ability to communicate effectively across various stakeholder groups.
• Demonstrated senior leadership capabilities with a strategic mindset, business acumen, and change leadership skills.
