Your Role and Responsibilities

As the Global Digital Solution Engineering Manager for Power and Energy Management, you will:

  • Drive global digital sales achieving volume, revenue, and profitability targets.
  • Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline for sustainable growth.
  • Establish and maintain strong customer and business relationships.
  • Support local sales teams by providing technical and solution enablement.
  • Oversee opportunity management from bid preparation to project support.
  • Collaborate across divisions and digital units to secure market opportunities.
  • Identify market trends and provide insights for product enhancement.

Qualifications and Experience

Candidates should have a Master’s degree in electrical engineering or a related field, significant experience in technical and pre-sales digital solutions, and exposure to Power and Energy Management sectors such as renewables, upstream, refining, and sustainability trends (Green/Blue Hydrogen, Green Ammonia, Carbon Capture, etc.).
