About the Role

Are you passionate about digital transformation, service excellence, and using technology to drive real-world impact? As a System Analyst at ABB E-mobility, you will play a critical role in shaping and enhancing our Salesforce platform and other digital tools in a fast-paced, global environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze and optimize business processes across global digital platforms.
  • Ensure stability and performance of Salesforce functionalities.
  • Support new features, system upgrades, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Gather, document, and manage business and system requirements.
  • Collaborate with Business Process Owners, Developers, and Product Owners for scalable solutions.
  • Contribute to the evolution of ABB’s digital platforms beyond Salesforce and manage the feature backlog.

Your Profile

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field. Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies. Proficiency in Salesforce Service Cloud and familiarity with Salesforce Test Automation (a plus). Salesforce certifications are preferred. Strong analytical and communication skills in English along with proficiency in MS Office tools. Experience in technology industry and software development lifecycles with an affinity for DevOps and digital transformation practices. Additional certifications in business analysis or project management are a plus.
