Role Overview
Our overarching aim across the People function is to create an environment where our people can do their best work. As a People Business Partner, you will work closely with senior leaders to develop and implement people strategies that enable business success, build leadership capability, and foster a positive, high-performance culture. You will act as a trusted advisor and strategic partner, aligning people priorities with business goals.
What Will You Be Doing?
- Act as a strategic advisor to senior leaders and embed people plans.
- Coach and challenge leaders to drive team effectiveness and accountability.
- Partner with HR Operations to deliver people processes like performance reviews and policy updates.
- Lead cross-functional projects supporting culture, engagement, and workforce planning.
- Provide expert advice on employee relations, organisational design, and workforce planning.
- Drive continuous improvement in talent attraction, retention, and development.
What Are We Looking For?
- Proven experience as a HR Business Partner or senior People Partner.
- CIPD qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent experience.
- Strong understanding of employment law, organisational development and people strategy.
- Analytical thinker who uses data for decision-making.
- Experience in a growing or evolving business with matrix or international exposure.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage all levels.
