About the Role

At Aavalabs, we're on a mission to empower people through scientifically backed nutritional supplements. As the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager, you will serve as the financial architect guiding international expansion and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain detailed financial forecasting models.
  • Partner with global business leaders on annual plans and forecasts.
  • Identify cost optimization opportunities and track expenditures.
  • Provide comprehensive analysis and clear financial reporting.
  • Drive process innovation to simplify and scale financial structures.

What You'll Bring

Financial Acumen: In-depth knowledge of Finnish financial legislation and forecasting skills. Experience with European regulation is a plus.

Hands-on Adaptability: Proven experience in medium-sized companies with a willingness to work directly on financial challenges.

Leadership and Communication: Ability to motivate multicultural teams and communicate in both English and Finnish.

The Recruitment Process

Compensation

Budgeted gross salary is between 3750 and 4200 Euros per month.
